By subscribing to or using any service provided by PermitPro Data LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Subscriber" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe to or use our services. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and PermitPro Data LLC.
PermitPro Data LLC provides subscribers with periodic email reports containing building permit data aggregated from publicly available municipal and government records. Reports may include information such as permit type, property address, project valuation, and contractor details, as available from public sources. The frequency, format, and coverage area of reports may vary and are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice to subscribers.
Access to our reports requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time, with at least 14 days' advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us in writing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to receive reports through that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time for violation of these Terms, in which case no refund will be issued.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund and may expose you to legal liability.
All permit data provided through our service is sourced from publicly available municipal and government records. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our reports, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data provided.
PermitPro Data LLC is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays in the underlying public data. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on information provided through our service. We strongly encourage you to independently verify any data before acting upon it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PermitPro Data LLC and its members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our service or the data contained in our reports, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
The formatting, selection, arrangement, and presentation of data in our reports, as well as our brand name, logo, and website content, are the intellectual property of PermitPro Data LLC and are protected by applicable law. The underlying permit data is derived from public records and is not claimed as proprietary. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited license described in Section 5.
We collect and store basic subscriber information including your name, email address, trade or industry, and payment information for the purpose of providing and administering your subscription. We may also use this information to send you communications about our service, relevant industry updates, or other offerings we believe may be of interest to you.
From time to time, we may share or license aggregated or individual subscriber information with third parties, which may include contractors, suppliers, or other businesses operating in the construction and trades industries, for marketing or business development purposes. If you do not wish to have your information shared in this manner, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at reports@permitpulls.pro. We do not sell payment information to any third party. By subscribing, you consent to the data practices described in this section.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription prior to the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PermitPro Data LLC with respect to your use of our service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
